Yes you can use the free version in the same scope as the paid versions. You can create an unlimited number of on-demand videos in closed format, even for commercial purposes.

On how many computers can I use the products
You can be logged in on up to 2 computers at a time. Using your Mister Horse account, you can manage your active devices and easily switch between them.
All our products are licensed to a single user. It is prohibited by the End User License Agreement to share the license with anyone else.

Do I need a license for render machines?
No, the plugins are not even required to be installed for rendering.
Do my colleagues need the plugins to work with my projects?
No, the plugins only generate native After Effects / Premiere layers & effects. It is not required to have the plugins installed; all the animations will work without them. However, the plugins might be handy when trying to change the animations.
I've purchased some individual products in the past, can I upgrade them?
We're offering a discount for customers who've purchased older perpetual licenses. The discount only applies when initial subscription plan is annual. If you're eligible for the discount it'll be shown on top of this page once logged in.
The previously purchased perpetual licenses are going to keep working even after the subscription expires. The upgrade pricing is just a discount and doesn't change the purchased licenses.

We need to add new users to our team. How will that be billed?
We’ll make a one-time, prorated charge to your credit card to cover your new team member’s account for the remainder of the current billing period.
As an example, suppose your team is on the “Monthly plan,” which costs $19.90 per active user per month when billed monthly. You add a new team member 10 days into your billing period and there are 20 remaining days in the month. The per-day cost for each user is $19.90 / 30, so we will make a one-time charge of $13.26 ($19.90 / 30 days * 20 days) to your team’s credit card on file.
What happens when I change plans?
Changing your plan works similarly to adding and removing seats. Your account will be charged or credited based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
When you cancel your plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time the plan will be canceled.
Can I change my payment method?
You can change your payment method at any time in your billing settings.
I want to cancel the subscription. Can I get a refund?
It is possible to cancel the subscription at any time, but your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for. It is possible to ask for a refund under certain conditions as outlined in our Refunds & Returns policy.
What happens when I cancel the subscription?
When the subscription is cancelled, you still have the rights to the content you've produced using the plugins. You can modify this content through After Effects/Premiere's built-in layers and effects without the plugins. Moreover, all animations will still function properly even if the plugins are uninstalled.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations or educational institutions?
We do not have any discounts for non-profits. Anyone is welcome to use Mister Horse’s free plan.
